APPLICATION RULES

This promotion applies to registered ONS Malaysian members ONLY.
Only members whose account have been active for 100 days and have deposited five (5) times and above are eligible to claim the bonus.
Members can choose to claim the bonus three (3) days before or after their birthday. Request to claim the bonus after the specified days will be disregarded.
Members are required to bind and successfully verify the phone number before claiming the bonus.
To redeem the bonus, members must provide documents that can prove their date of birth (ID or driver’s license, bank account, etc.). The information provided must be identical to the information submitted in ONS.
Upon account validation by Customer Support, members will receive the Birthday Bonus within 48 hours.
Birthday Bonus can only be withdrawn once the rollover requirement is fulfilled.
The Birthday Bonus applies to slot games and sports betting ONLY (excluding slot games and sports bet from 918Kiss and MEGA888 game hall).
If a member is found betting on live casino games and 4D lottery using the deposit or bonus provided, all prize-winning money will be forfeited without prior notice.

If bets are made in slot games and the accumulated pool prize is won during the promotion period, the winnings will not be calculated as part of the withdrawal amount. The prize-winning amount will be donated to the Philippines charity organizations (a receipt will be provided upon request).
Members will NOT be entitled to any rebate bonus found within the website during the promotional period should the rollover requirement is not met. A rebate bonus will only be given once the rollover requirement is met.
The amount and distribution of Birthday Bonus will vary following the member’s VIP Ranking.
The coupon collection period is 14 days after distribution. The coupons will automatically be retracted by the system should a member fail to collect coupons within the given period.
This promotion is for entertainment purposes only. If a member is found to have multiple accounts (including the same name, e-mail address, residence address, bank account number, computer, and same/similar IP address), or portray suspicious betting behaviour, ONS reserves the right to suspend the balance of the suspected account and shut the suspected member’s account.
Any bets placed through an illegal third-party software, a [robot], or [dual/multiple windows] will be considered as illegal betting. ONS reserves the right to suspend the balance of the suspected account and shut the suspected member’s account.

Once verified, ONS reserves the right to suspend the balance of the suspected account and shut the account of any individual/team/organization that is suspected of using deceitful methods or fraudulent practices to defraud/abuse the bonus system.
